The hand carved heads are Geri & Freki, the wolves of Odin.
These are made with heart & intention and make a perfect gift to reward loyalty which was one of their historic purposes or as a sign of appreciation of friendship, love or gratitude. Although it is always better to gift such things of meaning, these also make a perfect intention band to get yourself for making an oath to yourself that you intend to hold every day.
